New OptiMOS™2 small signal MOSFETs for mobile and consumer applications

Infineon is launching a new range of low R DS(on) 20 V super-logic level (BSL202SN, BSR202N) and 30 V logic level (BSL302SN, BSR302N) general-purpose small signal MOSFETs.

These are ideal for use in handheld devices and consumer electronics, supporting a wide range of switching applications such as battery management, power management, DC/DC converting and level shifting. The MOSFETs are available in SC59 and TSOP6 packages. The SC59 has the same footprint as the SOT23 but offers lower R DS(on), reducing power dissipation without consuming more space.
