The new PS9587 series is ideally
suited for high speed communication
interfaces, factory
automation networks, test and
measurement equipment and
applications in harsh industrial
environments.
The input side consists of a
GaAlAs LED, the output side
of a detector diode with signal
processing circuit for digital
output signals. Between input
and output is an internal shield,
providing a common mode
transient immunity CMH/CML
of min 15 kV/μs. The isolation
voltage between input and
output is 5 kV. The couplers
are provided in an 8-pin DIP.
Four different lead frame options
are available: 7mm creepage,
8mm creepage, both
with and without lead bending.
The maximum propagation
delay time is 75 ns, enabling a
datarate of 10Mbit/s.
All parts are fully RoHS-compliant
and common international
safety certificates are
available.
